As the outcome of the visit and adresses by Mr Lloyd in Dunedin a provisional committee has been formed to keep the anti-Chinese movement active, and to promote an educational propaganda, with the view of inducing people to' refrain from patronising Chinese. A conference willbe held in Wellington in due course, and a deputation will wait on the Premier. Mr Lloyd, on leaving Dunedin, goes to Aucldand, speaking at Christchurch and on the West Coast en route, and returning to Wellington via Napier and Palmerston North. The continuance of this raw wintry weather makes it necessary to wear good, warm, comfortable underclothing. Our selection of unshrinkable woollens is as large as ever. Geo. Fowlds. — .(Ad.)
