Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the New Bunker's Hill Gold Mining Company, Ltd., will be held at the Office of the Company, 32, Shortiand-street, in the City of Auckland, on TUESDAY, the twenty-third day of July, 1907, at 2.30 o'clock in the after-1 noon, when the subjoined Resolutions, > which were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on the 4th day of July, 1907, will be submitted for confirmation as Special Resolutions: X- That It Is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Old Hauraki Gold Mining Company, Ltd., and that with a view thereto, this Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Charles Arthur Stubbs be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up. 2. That the said Liquidator be, and he is , hereby, authorised to consent to the registration of a New Company, to be named the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Ltd., with a Memorandum and Articles of Association, which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the draft agreement expressed to be made between the Liquidator of this Company, of the first part, this Company of the second part, the Liquidator of the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the third part, • the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the fourth part, and the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Limited, of the fifth part, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be, and he is hereby, directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of this Company, in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.
