That the said Liquidator be, and he is , hereby, authorised to consent to the registration of a New Company, to be named the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Ltd., with a Memorandum and Articles of Association, which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the draft agreement expressed to be made between the Liquidator of this Company, of the first part, this Company of the second part, the Liquidator of the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the third part, • the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the fourth part, and the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Limited, of the fifth part, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be, and he is hereby, directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of this Company, in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.
