An Alleged Palse Cheque. — Edgalr Hodgson was charged with forging a cheque on the Bank of New South Wales for the payment of £4, and also with intent to defraud Edward McGinley of. £2 by means of a valueless cheque on the Bank of New Zealand. Defendant was, on the application of Chief Detective Marsaek, remanded until Monday.
