DISASTER IN CANADA.
COLLAPSE OF A BUILDING.
HtTNDH,BDS BURIED AND 15 KILLED. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Eeceived 5.40 a.m.) OTTAWA, July IS. A shocking disaster occurred at London (pop. 35,000), the capital of Middlesex County, Ontario, yesterday, by which twenty-seven persons were lolled and injured, and many others were rescued from positions of grave peril. The accounts received show that a large business building collapsed without any warning, and buried hundreds in the ruins.
Investigation showed that fifteen persons were killed and twelve injured. The rest were rescued.
