THE HAGUE, July 18. It is now known that Great Britain will ask the Convention to adopt the resolution submitted to the last Conference with respect to the limitation of armaments, as the question has now become more urgent. Baron Marschall Yon Bieberstein ( Germany) stated that Germany did not consider the question to be pressing. While M. Bourgeois, one of the French representatives, personally favours the British position, Franca regards the question as academic.
