. CHRISTCHURCH. this day. The Arbitration Court resumed its sitting to-day and heard applications for theenforcement of. awards. Baker and Co., undeT the tanners' award, were fined £3 and costs for paying less than 1/ an hour to employees under 21 years. Moore Bros, were charged with not having paid men overtime on a contract. The case was dismissed, and the Labourers' Union had to pay two guineas' costs. C. Paso was fined under the coachbuilders' award £5 for failing to indenture an apprentice.
