After hearing the evidence, his Worship said that Bock had uot the shadow ot a case on Uie counterclaim, on which. Ue was non-suitfd. judgment being given for plaintiff on the claim for the amount claimed.

A Musician's Wages.— H. Crabtree claimed £2 from I. Woodlcy. £1 wages for a week's playing -it defendant's skating rink aud £l"in lieu of notice. Defendant stated that plaintiff was, dismissed for coming latp. and Admitted owing 14/4, portion of a week's salary plaintiff being absent twice during the week. Judgment was given for plaintiff for 14/4.
