Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Geueral Meeting of the New ItuDkcr's Hill Gold Mining Company, Ltd., will be held at the Office of the Company, ■>2, Shortlanu-street, in the City of Auckiaud, on TUESDAY, the twenty-third day of July, 1907, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, when the subjoined Resolutions, which were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on the 4th day of July, 1807, will be submitted for confirmation as Special Resolutions: 1. That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Coaipany with the Old Hauraki Gold Mining Company, Ltd., and that with a view' thereto, this Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Charles Arthnr Stubbs be. and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up. 2. That the said Liquidator be, and he ie hereby, authorised to consent to the registration of a New Company, to be named the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Ltd., with a Memorandum and Articles of Association, which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the draft agreement 'expressed to be made between the Liquidator of this Company, of the first part, tbis Company of the second part, the Liquidator of the Old Hauraki G.M. Company, Limited, of the third part, the Old Hacraki G.M. Company Limited, of the fourth part, and 'the Old Hauraki Gold Mines, Limited, of the lifth part, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be, and ho is hereby, directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of this Compauy. in the terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect.
