Queen-street, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 2nd day of August, F 1907, at 11 a.m., when the following jesolution, adopted- and passed at a Special Meeting of the said Council, held on Friday, the 7th day of June, 1907, will be , submitted for confirmation as a Special Order: "That the Waitemata County Council hereby make a By-law in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the 'Counties Act, ISS6,' anj amendments, and The Water Supply Aot. 1801,' and -amendments, and of every other power thereunto; enabling it, fixing the charges to be made for water supplied to thp inhabitante of the NorthoGte Water Supply District, and prescribing conditions for the conduct and regulation of the said water supply works, and providing penalties for the breach or nonobservance of the said conditions. a"rt that such by-law be passed and adopted, aha that this Special Resolution do onerate as a Special Order."
