RAISULI'S TREACHERY.
RETURN FOR GENEROSITY. (Received 8.52 a.m.) MOROCCO, July 11. One of Sir Harry Mac Lean's bodyguard, who has reached Tangier, states that he (Sir Harry) carried a letter of pardon to the tribes who were assisting Raisuli. The latter pretended that the tribes would not accept the letter as genuine unless Sir Harry McLean personally read it to them He then induced Sir Harry to visit the tribesmen, and had him arrested after reading the letter.
