■ SEH. the Duchess of Argyll (Prinopened the Anglo-Australa-Exhibition of Women's Work at Jmnplemayer's, St. James-street, PiccaPly, London. W. The exhibits consist of millinery, cookery, photographs, enamels, modelling, Jea&erwork, and needlework. The Prin- . cess of Wales contributed a screen, work--6d by herself- Mrs. Reeves was among jiuse present. The Duchess, in replying to the official Tfi&oine, said she knew something of •what Australia could do, and she was ■sole ike effort would prove successful. TheDnke of Argyll expressed his admiration foi the patriotic Australian ladies •who had 'laboured so hard to show Lonflaners /sAat -Australians could do. He ras certain the exhibitis would be much appreciated .
