SLAUGHTERMEN'S WAGES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLIXGTOX, this day. An industrial agreement between the Wellington Slaughtermen's Union aa'l the local freezing companies has bean filed. With the exception of the rates of pay it is practically the same as the agreement the men were working under before the strike. The main points of the rates are provision for the payment of 23/ per hundred sheep, wages to be paid weekly, but no man is to be employed on weekly wage. The agreement is to remain in force for two years.
