LONDON, July 10. lord _____n_n's motion for the omisHon of clause 2 of the Army Bill and forbidding county associations to give financial aid to cadet corps in elementary schools where the boys are under 16, was carried in the House of Lords by __0 to 31, after Earl Roberts, the Earl of Bosebery, and the Marquis of Lans-do-ie had- supported itHe Under-Secretary for War (the Earl of. Portsmouth) implied that this amendment was a breach of the financial rights of the House of Commons.
