A circular issued by Mr R. To interrupt witnesses and make loose and irrelevant statements during the hearing of a case may be but my _•_> perience is that such conducttends'.neither to obtain a favourable award, nor to cause much weight to: be attached- to one's views or opinions when considering the evidence." Mr Slater claims that he has not do__ auything to forfeit confidence.
