Albert Road Board, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by "The Road Boards Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1888," and "The Rating Act, 1891." and all other enactments it thereto enabling, at a Meeting to be held at the Road Board Office, Morningside, on the sth day of August, 1907, to Make and Levy the following Water Rates, viz.; To ordinary Supply: A Rate of (3*) three and a-aalf per centum on the annual rental value, with a minimum rate of (10/) ten shillings per annum and a maximum rate of (50/) fifty shillings per annum. Upon all ratable property in the said district to which water cau be' but is not supplied, situated within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks constructed by aud now vested in the said Road Board, a rate of one- . half of the rates above mentioned.
