Borden, Leader of the Opposition in the Canadian Parliament, addressing his constituents, referred to the All-Bed mad route, and urged caution in tae matter on the ground that not one per cent of Canadians crossed the Al> *_t"c yearly, while 75 per cent were interested in freight rates and cold storage.
