WAIHI CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY.

A meeting of Auckland creditors of the Waihi Workers' Co-operative Society was held yesterday afternoon. It was unanimously decided to press for the compulsory liquidation of the society. It was further agreed that Mr. E Gerard, the Official Assignee, was the most qualified person to act as liquidator, and. that he be asked to undertake the work. (By Tele^iaph.—Own Correspondent.) Mr. O. B. Irwin is now acting as .manager.
