The Paris newspaper "La Journal" says that the negotiations between France and England with respect to the new Hebrides have resulted in the French and British administrations being made distinct. Only certain seconaary services will be conducted jointly. "I__ Journal" adds: '"The exchange of Sierra Leone for New Hebrides is impracticable.
