EDUCATION QUESTION.
Nc_aeo--__o_____st Eally. June 6. The Rev. Dr. Clifford, in a letter to the newspapers, says the passive resisters must rally their forces and create a great anti-clerical party. More men must go to prison, and more men must appear before the magistrates ior refusing to pay education rates which are used for supporting denominational schools.
[Dr. Clifford's appeal is based on the decision of the Government to withdraw the Government Bill in relief of the Passive Resisters' Bill, which forms tbe third Education Bill of the past three years.]
