NORTHERN BOWLING TOURNAMENT.

WELLINGTON, this day. Ib.e Council of the Northern Bowling Association, at a. meeting last night, diseueeea the iqtev-alub tournament of 11)08, and decided to recommend to the Auckland clubs that ibe opening day of play should be the 6th or the 13th January, strongly urging the former date, in order to prevent any possibility of clashink with the Southern Association' 3 tournament.
