MISHAP TO DOUMA'S MEETINGHALL.
(Received 5.39 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 16. Through the yielding of the beams supporting the new ventilating apparatus the ceiling of the hall in the Taurida Palace in which the Douma meets collapsed early this morning, covering 200 seats with debris. Owing to the "early hour there was no one in the hall at the time of the occurrence.
