The opening of the story by Charles Garvice, announced for first publication last evening, has been postponed till tomorrow's issue. The title of this work of fiction is "Her Humble Lover/ ox "The Gipsy Peer," and it will rank with the best works that this popular writer has produced. It is primarily a love story, but so full of mystery and intrigue that there is not a dull chapter in the fifty-five that the story comprises. We can cordially recommend perusal of this novel as a wholly delightful relaxation from the business worries of the -da.y. Everyone should read it.
