GERMANY AND SIAM.
Bangkok Sock Question. (Received 8.18 a.m.) LOKDON. December 20. The Germans are now striving to obtain a controlling interest in the Bang"kok dock, in Siam, the interest at present being mainly British, whilst the shipping -frequenting Bangkok is chiefly German.
