LORDS AND EDUCATION BILL.
LONDON, November 8.
The Earl of Portsmouth (Parliamentary Secretary to the War Office), speaking at Aldershot yesterday, warned tlm House of Lords that if the Bishops destroyed the Education Bill the Liberals would not permit the matter to drop.
