CIVIL CASES. Orders were made on judgment summonses as follows: William Morton v. Henry Treanor, jun.. claim £3 4/8, ordered to pay C 1 per m-outh or in default seven days' hupriscanient. Arnold Schnauer v. Walter John Harliek and Walter Harliek, claim £3 13/3, ordered to pay the amount within a month or in default seven days' imprisonment. Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following cases: A. .ehnauer v. Walter Harliek, claim 14/ and costs G/; George Slater (Mr. Sclmaueri v. Mrs. Child., claim £2 18/ and costs 21/6; George Bros. v. James Colledgre, claim £:> 7,4 and costs 8/; Catherine Wade (Mr. Endean) v. Ernest G. Harliek and Margaret Harliek, claim £24 and costs £3 1/. Judgment was given against the separate estate of Margaret Harliek; AL C. Brookfield (Mr. Schnauer) v. Jens Peter Paulson, claim £11 5/ and costs £1 15/6.
