GRECO-ROUMANIAN DISPUTE.
LONDON, June 18. The Roumanian Government hae issued a statement regarding the dispute with Greece. , This statement represents that the Roumanian action is the result of the Greek Government's permitting bands organised in Athens, and commanded by Greek officers, to cross the Turkish frontier to plunder, murder, and terrorise Roumanian residents In Macedonia, These marauding incursions are due, it is maintained, to the recent enactment of tlie Perte, which guaranteed equality With other nationalities to Roumanians living within its territory.
