COUNTY NOTICES. COUNTY COUNCIL. Notice Js hereby given that the Waitemata. County Council proposes'to enrage in the following undertaking, viz.:— 1. To construct and maintain water races as defined by the "Water Supply Act, 1891," and ice amendments, tor the supply of water to the inhabitants of the Northcote Water Supply District, and to purchase all property (real or personal) and matsrial which the Waitemata County Council may think necessary or requisite for the purposes aforesaid. 2. That the Waitemata County Council being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out of the ordinary revenue of the Northcote Water Supply District or Riding, proposes to borrow under the provlf?,™,,' , 1,16 Local Bodle 3 L °an Act, 1901, and its amendments, the sum of £8300, at a rate of interest not exceeding 4* per centum per annum, with a sinking fund of at least one half per centum per annum. 8.
