For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide tbe necessary funds for the completion of the Refuse Destructor at Auckland, which work is already effected, TO. ?-9;£. KOW a sum not exceeding fbOOO at a rate of interest not exceeding £4J per cent per annum upon the security of the Revenue of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenue, and to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £} per cent per annnm. a.nd to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, but not to pay out of the loan the interest thereon for the first year. 2. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide tbe necessary funds for the erection of additional buildings in Victoria I'ark. Auckland, TO BORROW a sum of not exceeding £2000, at a rate of interest not exceeding _4J per cent per annum upon the security of the Revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues, and to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £J per cent per aumini, and to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan . but not to pay nut of the loan the interest thereou for the lirst year. 3. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to pvovlde*the necessary funds for the acquisition of additional land, fronting Queen and Grey Streets, Auckland, as on extension of the existing Town Hall Site, aud the erection upon such site as extended of a building for the purposes of a Town Hall for the City of Anckland. and the furnishing and otherwise equipping such builldng for the purposes of such Town nail, TO BORItOW a sum not exceeding £80,000. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Council to provide the necesary funds for the erection of a Bridge for the use of foot passengers over such portion of the Sy-monds-street Cemetery and the lands adjacent theroto, as was traversed bj- the former bridge, called or ku*>wn as the Cemetei7,- Bridge, and recently pulled down, TO BORROW a sum not exceeding £2000. at a rate of interest not exceeding £43 per cent, per annum, upon the security of the Revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargpnble on such revenues', and to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of at least £1 per cent per annum, and to pay out of the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually iucurred In connection with such loan and the interest thereon for the first year. 6. For the purpose of enabling the Auckland City Couucil to provide the necessatry funds for the, installation of an T Electric Power Plant for the City of Auckland, TO BORROW a sum not exceeding at a rate of interest uot exceeding £4J per cent per annum, upon the security of the said Electric Power Plant wben installed and the revenues derivable therefrom (subject to the payment out of such revenues of all expenses of working such plaut) and the revenues of the City of Auckland (subject to the existing loans chargeable ou such revenues), and to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £* per cent per annum, and to pay out of. the loan such costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan aud the interest thereon for the, first year.
