LONDON, April 10. 3a inquiry into the stranding of the fßrSash armoured cruiser Donegal (9800 tons} showed that the accident was due to a slip made by the navigating lieutenant in marking the card showing the .ranrse. Captain Grogan was severely jspnmanded for not sesmg the error, *S3e lieutenant Jones forfeited a years sundry and was dismissed his ship.
