A Difficult Position. (Received 5.39 a.m.) BELGRADE, April 2. ■ 51e position of the King of Servia is becoming very difficult. The regicides are using threats to secure immunity jrojn punishment. {Great Britain has once more reiterated her demand that the regicides shall lie punished, as a preliminary to the refnnip*ion of diplomatic relations, and it i; probably King Peter's effort to meet British wishes that is placing him in the present quandary.]
