TAKE NOTICE that the above named Emma Dalton has filed her petition against you in the Supreme Court, Wellington, praying for a dissolution of marriage on the ground that you have, without jnst cause, wilfully deserted her, and left her continuously so deserted during a period of over five years, and has sealed a writ of summons requiring you to attend at the oflice of this Honourable; Court, and to enter an appearance in this cause, and to file your defence to the said petition. AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that by an'order of this court, dated the 6th day of October, 1905, the publication in the newspapers therein' specified of this notice shall be deemed good and sufficient service on you of the said writ of Summons in lieu of personal service, THEREFORE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that unless yon appear as aforesaid, and file your defence within thirty days from the 23rd day of October, 1905 this cause will be heard and determined in your absence.
