NaTal Commander Killed. (Received 8.33 a.m.) LONDON, October 22. A regrettable incident has occurred in cranecfcion with the salvage operations cnmectei with the stranding of the naval repair ship Assistance on the beach between Cape Negro and Tetuan, in Morocco. Commander Phillips, of the first-class baftlesMp Victorious (14,900 tons) was toiting salvage work from his ship, fim a piece of machinery fell upon nim, iriih the result that he was killed.
