"That the Articles contained in the printed document submitted to the Meeting, and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof be and the same are hereby approved, and that such Articles be. aud they are hereby, adopted as the Articles of the Com.pany to the exclusion of all the existing Articles thereof."
