LONDON", September 19. i It i= now definitely stated that the | steamer .John Grafton. which was sunk j by h«?r crew m the tjulf of Bothnia re- j cently when carrying: arms to Finland, was owned by the Finnish Revolutionary Committee. ( Received 8.-30 a.m. I ST. PETERSBURG. September 10. The Russian authorities believe that several cargoes of arms and explosives have been landed on an island off the Finnish coast.
