The ball was set a-rolling again, and with n bit of smart ular Dugdale equalised. Play now became very fast, and the Corinthian forwards with a tine rush ajrain scored. Scholefield with his team again attacked, and from a scramble in frout of the goal they scored their second goal, a few minutes before half-time Forshaw scored three goals i» succession with low. last shots. Half-time: Corinthians 5 goals, Waitara 2. The second half did not prove so interesting, play being rather loose.
