Mr Reinhardt, who has been licensee of the Delta Hotel for some considerable time, has reHnquished to some extent his connection with that establishment, intending to retire to private life. Mr C. 0. Innes, of Hamilton, acted as chairman, and on behalf of the local and travelling community presented Mr Reinhardt with an iUuminated address, expressing the high esteem and regard in which the recipient and his -wife and family were held by e.ll who visited the Delta Hotel. Mr Reinhardt's successor is Mr Percy Isaac, and a welcome was tendered Mr Isaac the same evening. The wedding trip of Mr. and Mrs. H. MeCosh Clark will be spent in th? South, and will include a visit to the Cold Lakes. The wedding at St. Mark's yesterday was celebrated with eclat, the church being dec-orated beautifully with | arum lilies, with a wedding bell of white I azaleas. The bride (Miss K. Thompson) | was attended by Misses I. Thompson ! and Mc-Cosh Clark, and the were Messrs. Mc-Cosh Clark and S. Thompson. After the weddins a larze reception was held by the bridegroom's mother at "Waimarama." At Otorohanga on Saturday last was a gathering to say fareweU to Mr and Mrs J. W. Ellis, who have removed thence to Hamilton. An illuminafed address was presented to Mr Ellis by Mr G. T. Wilkinson (the Government Native Agent), on behalf of the residents of Otorohanga and Puketarata, and Mrs EUis was also presented with a silver tea and coffee service. Hari Hemara Wahanni, a leading chief, delivered an address for the Maoris, and led a haka and chant regretting their departure.
