I The Ponsonby Crnisiug Club were holding their final cruise ot the season this afternoon, the course being from the Ponsouby Wharf to Howick. The . entries were as foUows: —Meiry Tuougiit, EuJalie, Cyaisca, Tere. Emerald, Miro. Alva, Valdura. Tlh> St. Georee's Rowing- Club were rowing a pair-oar championship for the Thomas Cup this afternoon. The race wan rowed iv heats. The Auckland Uowfug Club"s new skids were opeued by the club's commodore, Mr F. E. N. L'ronibii! this afcernouu. Trial fours for trophies preseuted by Mr A. Kohn, oae of the vice-presidents, are proceeding. -, The North Shore Yacht . Club's s«as"bu concludes to-day with a general handicap yacht race, which is proceeding- in the harbosir.
