NAVAL BASE IN NEW GUINEA. IMPORTANT BUILDING PB.OGSAMME. (Received 9.10 a.m.) $1 . LONDON, April 7. .. The North German Lloyd's Company's annual report admits the*establishing of a coaling station at Simpson Haven, in Hirw Guinea. ■ The report also proposes to establish a special monthly line to Australia, alternating with the mail steamers. The company has ordered six new steamers, "Whica w ill call at all the important Queensland and South Australian ports.
