FRENCH ROYALIST PLOT.
Tamburini a Gorsican. , PARIS. April 7. Later information snows that Captain Tamburini, the half-pay officer in whose house were found large numbers of cartridges and uniforms, is a Corsican. Hi* plot was not regarded seriously when first discovered; but one or two military officers reported that he made overtures to them to join in an attempt to seize President Loubet and the members of the Government and overthrow the Re public in favour of Prince Victor. Napoleon. An inquiry into the matter is proceeding. (Received 9.10 a.m.) PARIS, April 7. Twelve hundred rifles, believed to be connected with Tamburini's conspiracy, have been discovered beneath a warehouse in the suburbs of Paris.
