LONDON. January 19. The Japanese have captured the British steamer Kawtry in Tsu-shima Straits. She was carrying provisions aud shipbuilding materials to Vladivostok. (Received 8.28 a.m.) LONDON. January 19. The British steamer seized in the Thushima Straits was the Oakby.
