The following were the cases granted by the Warden (Mr Bush. S.M.) in the Warden's Court yesterday:— W. L. Buchanan, permission to cut eight puriri trees at Rotokahu; A. G. Hubbard, residence site at Knrangahake; L. Creighton, residence site at Owharoa. I. \ oung for Little Mary special claim, Hikutaia, recommended to the Minister of Mines. In the following cases judgment was entered for the plaintiff. Received of Gold Revenue:—C. Colclough for rent, £ 16 17/6. and forfeiture of the Saxon No. 1 special claim; Hannah Ma«kav, for £24 18/9. and forfeiture of the Saxon No. 2 claim; F. C. Brown for rent, £4 17/6, and forfeiture of the Maekaytown special river claim; Thomas Cartman, for rent,- £3 10/ and forfeiture of residence site.
