(To the Kdltor.) Sir,—Will you permit mc to state that the lad Ed. West, who won a junior scholarship, and whose name appears iv the National Scholarship list, received the greater part of his education at the Otahuhu public school. He owes his success in the main to the excellent foundation laid by Mr Wilson at Otahuhu.
