THE WAIHI-TAURANGA DISPUTE
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI. this day. Several other witnesses were examined yesterday with regard to traffic, transit of goods, etc., over the Katikati-Waihi road, on behalf of the borough, the evidence going to show that there was practically no heavy traffic. The taking of evidence was concluded at 2.25 p.m. Counsel did not address the Court. The Commissioner, said he would duly report his rinding to the Governor, but in the meantime he would inspect the road to Katikati in company with representatives of both side*.
