a DICTIONARY DANGERS. A Frenchman who knew no EngliA' wished to telegraph bis congratulations te an English friend on his marriage. He wrestled with the dictionary until tba happy couple were fairly on their honeymoon, and by that time had evolved the followiug: — "May you be very happy ln the workhouse:" , --■ His friend was about to demand an explanation, when it dawned upon him that what was meant was: —"May you be happy, in the union!"
