TJEMUERA ROAD DISTRICT. PROPOSED ELECTRIC TRAMLINE EXTENSION. A Meeting of the Ratepayers of the Remuera Road District will be held on MONDAY NEXT, the 23rd inst., at 7.30 p.m., at the Public School, Reinuera-road, to consider the following proposal by the Auckland Electric Tramways Company:— "That the Auckland Electric Tramways Company be allowed to discontinue the 'Bus Sefvi)?es along Victoria Avenue and to Mountain-road from their present terminus when and so soon as they extend their present Tram Lines and Services along the Main Road to Green Lane, the fare for such Extension to be One Penny, with a reduction of 25 per cent therefrom to purchasers of books of 50 tickets."
