END OF THE RAID. MISTCHENKO REGAINS RUSSIAN LINES. LONDON, January 17. General Mistchenko's force of Cossacks has regained the Russian line* beyond the Sha River. It sustained three i hundred casualties during the raid. General Knropatkin says that General Mistchenko captured a convoy of nve hundred carts, and burned stores at Yinhow.
