(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The National Mortgage Company's directors in London recommend a dividend of 2/, transferring £25,000 to reserve and carrying forward £7400. WELLINGTON, this day. Advice has been received that ViceAdmiral Sir A. Fanshawe, with the flagship Euryalus and the warships Challenger and Psyche, will arrive at Wellington on February 21 and stay a week. The well-known Pet-one Maori, Ngapora Te Pune, dropped dead last night.
