IN MEMORIAM.
iAMIESON.—In sad and loving memory of my dear father, who died at Thames on January 10th, 1887. Just eighteen sad yiars ago to-day With aching heart I stood Beside my dearest father's bed, To save him if I could. 1 prayed to God to spare him, But my prayers were all in vain; But God alone. Who knowest best. Did ease his pain and give him rest. Unknown and forgotten by friends he may be. But the ground that enshrouds him is sacred to mc. Inserted by his loving daughter, Susan Styles, Netherton.
