LONDON, January 15. i Yesterday was chosen for a tri- ! t^t' I '^' 1 entry of detachments of all | those regiments which had taken part in the siege of Port Arthur. Many of the troops bore cvii dences of the stress of the last months of the siege, and the colours which were borne before them were tattered and blood-stained. The silence was brohen only by the sound of the bugle until the town was reached, when the soldiers : broke into loud cheers. !
