Grand Duke Sergius Resicas. ST. PETERSBURG, January 15. The Grand Duke Sergius has resigned the Governorship of Moscow on the score of (?) "grossness and ill-health." The Ministry of the Interior will exercise the Governorship of Moscow until a prefecture has been established.
